You can purchase multiple tokens. Each token can be used by one person to apply for one passport. A person can hold up to two active Freeland passports at once. If a third passport is applied for, the first one will be revoked, and the second and third will remain valid. Unused tokens can be transferred to another person within your account on the project website.
No. Refunds are not offered after a token has been purchased, even if the passport has not been issued. You can resell the token and transfer it to another person using your personal account within the project.
